Ever committed to the satisfaction of its customers, Flower Crafters has endeavored to make its products and services available through its official website, www.flowercrafters.ph. With this innovation, it wishes to approximate the reliability and satisfaction of the in-person experience each customer can have with their online transactions.
There are a few inherent differences between online and in-person transactions. Hence, these Terms and Conditions are detailed to provide guidance to customers who wish to avail of the convenience of ordering online and to calibrate the expectations of everyone. By placing an order in this website, Flower Crafters’ valued customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Products
- All the products portrayed in images and by description in this website, unless otherwise marked, are available in the Flower Crafters store
- The visual portrayal of the products in this website are true to form and are intended to guide customers to select those which best suit their needs. Despite the accurate depiction from the source, differences among viewers’ display monitors along with the natural variations of our products may result in slightly different hues of color and interpretation that may appear on viewers’ screens.
- Freshness is key to every Flower Crafters arrangement. In order to avail themselves of the optimum freshness of our products, the customer may request that certain flowers and fillers used are delivered in bud form to elicit extended life.
- This same freshness is guaranteed in some flowers that may appear to have natural discolorations on their petals.
- All products and their respective colors are subject to availability. In the event of any supply chain challenges /uncertainties during the period leading to the date of delivery, we reserve the right to substitute any of the flowers or packaging materials with a product of equivalent or greater value and with closest approximation in quality and color without prior notice.
Prices
- Product and delivery prices published on the www.flowercrafters.ph website may vary from those offered in the physical Flower Crafters store, its telephone/mobile phone numbers, and authorized social media channels.
- Prices may be subject to change from time to time without prior notice especially during peak seasons.
- Any changes in prices will be published on the website during the day of implementation.
Orders and Mutual Confirmation
- All orders and other requests received are subject to the approval of and acceptance by Flower Crafters. While we value each and every business opportunity, we reserve the right to refuse orders when circumstances prevent us from delivering our best.
- Orders are considered confirmed and effective when they are “mutually-confirmed.” Your order submitted through this website is subject to our confirmation. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address that you provide. We are not bound to an order until we have issued this email confirmation.
- In navigating the order process, please provide us with your complete personal details, including the complete and accurate delivery address, contact information, along with those of the intended recipient and all the necessary payment details.
Customers’ and Recipients’ Personal Details
- Important information that enables us to provide our service in a precise and expeditious manner include:
- Customers’ full name and complete address (including landmarks);
- Customers’ contact information, including telephone/mobile numbers and email address; and as necessary
- Recipients’ full name, complete address (including landmarks), and contact information.
- We shall reciprocate the customers’ trust by keeping their personal data private and exclusive for mutual transactions between Flower Crafters and each particular customer, and secure these from the knowledge and involvement of any third party.
Payments
- We accept payment via credit cards and debit cards
- We ensure that our systems have no access to your credit card or debit card beyond what is necessary.
Deliveries
- Flower Crafters delivers on all days of the week. Deliveries of fresh and dried arrangements are personally made by Flower Crafters vehicles and drivers.
- Standard Delivery is the next day (i.e. the day after the order is mutually confirmed) and succeeding days. This is applicable within the urban barangays of the Metropolitan Cebu cities of Cebu, Mandaue, Lapulapu, and Talisay and the municipalities of Consolacion and Cordova.
- Deliveries sooner than this time frame and beyond these geographical areas are considered Special Deliveries, subject to a different set of fees. Please contact us at +63 933 815 8388 for these kinds of deliveries. Delivery fees may vary at certain times of the year.
- We deliver between 9:00 to 18:00 (Philippine Standard Time) daily. We can not guarantee an exact delivery time but rest assured your arrangements will be delivered on the date of your order.
- Please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate landmarks of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your contact number so you can be notified in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
- Flower Crafters will not be responsible for the late delivery of any flower arrangement due to incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses, as well as any reasonable cause beyond our control (e.g traffic jams, vehicular accidents, adverse weather conditions, or ‘force majeure’).
- Flower Crafters will strictly follow the stated delivery address in the Delivery Details the client encoded on the website. Addresses put on the notes will be disregarded.
- Recipients will be asked to sign a delivery receipt as proof that the items delivered are in perfect condition at the time of delivery. Please advise your recipient to check the items first before signing the delivery receipt. It is the responsibility of the recipient to care for the flowers once they are delivered.
- If the authorized recipient at the stated address is unavailable, we will bring the item back to storage for safekeeping until the recipient is contacted and found. We reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee as merited.
Amendments / Cancellation of Orders
- If for any reason, you wish to change your order, you can do so by informing us through email at : sales@flowercrafters.ph within a reasonable time frame. In this regard, please ensure you provide us with at least forty-eight (48) hours notice before the requested delivery date.
- If the change desired only concerns the delivery date, please inform us at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled delivery date.
- There shall be no cancellation nor cash refund for orders that have already been fully-paid.
Refunds
- In the remote possibility that a recipient has received a damaged or defective arrangement, we guarantee to replace it as long as you notify us within an hour after delivery.
- When filing your report, kindly provide us with your order number, attach pictures of the defective product, and the reasons why you are requesting for a return or refund.
- Flower arrangements must be returned in their original condition and packaging within four (4) hours of due delivery to guarantee a full refund.
- Discolorations on the tip of the petals of some flowers are not considered as damage.
- Late deliveries do not qualify for full refund if the arrangement was accepted with the signing of the delivery receipt by the client or receiver.
- If for whatever reason we are unable to deliver your order, we will refund the full amount to you or, with your consent, redeliver your order at a later date.
- In the event that we are unable to supply your full order, we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than seven (7) working days after the intended delivery/collection date.
- Once a refund request is approved by Flower Crafters, the amount will be returned through the concerned client’s bank account.
- Due to the perishable nature of all flowers, complaints and refunds will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis at our Flower Crafters’ discretion.
- Items without any defects do not qualify for a refund or exchange. Changing one’s mind is also not an acceptable reason for such a request.

- The Flower Crafters Customer Contact Centre is established to be the first point of contact between Flower Crafters and its valued customers particularly for feedback on urgent or immediate customer concerns.
- The Flower Crafters Customer Contact Centre may be reached by email: sales@flowercrafters.ph or by Phone:+63 933 815 8388. It is available from 9:00 to 18:00 (Philippine Standard Time), Monday to Sunday.
- We find it beneficial for all to expedite the resolution of customer concerns within one (1) working day from the date of delivery or intended delivery of purchases. This is judicious due to the perishable nature of most of our products.

- All rights are reserved for and owned by Flower Crafters Floristeria covering all products, designs, photos, images, illustrations, and ideas that appear in this website.
- Any use of this website or its contents, including photos and products, storing it or them in whole or in part, is prohibited without the written permission of FLOWER CRAFTERS FLORISTERIA.
- Only entities authorized by Flower Crafters Floristeria may encode, post, publish, modify, distribute or repost any of the items that appear in this website.
